Gluten free Eucharist

I have recently found out that I am gluten intolerant and every time I have the Eucharist at mass my face goes as red as a beetroot.  I'm in a dilemma.  I really don't want to stop receiving the eucharist and I'm teetotal too so don't have communion wine :(((
